The challenge
Moharram Bek, an Egyptian restaurant brand, entered Saudi Arabia with zero digital presence, no customer data and no local performance history. Nobody in the market knew the name yet. The goals were clear: build a trusted reputation, establish a digital presence from scratch, and turn awareness into orders that keep coming back.
The approach
- Built the brand’s visual identity for the Saudi audience: logo, branding and menu design that feel familiar and premium from the first look
- Launched social media content made for the local market, so people knew the name and the food before their first visit
- Made performance marketing the centre of the launch: campaigns measured on orders and return, not on reach or likes
- Treated Google Maps as a sales channel: a steady flow of real reviews built the trust that brings new diners in
- Ran social content and paid campaigns as one system, then kept optimising on real numbers to turn first orders into repeat customers

Why it worked
A new restaurant in a new market has to earn trust before it can earn orders. Identity, content, reviews and paid campaigns were built to work together, so every visit, review and order made the next one easier. That is how a brand with no history reached a 4.9-star rating and more than 10,000 customers.

Live proof
The reputation is still growing
Moharram Bek on Google Maps today: a 4.9-star rating from 3,819 reviews (October 2026). The 2,000+ reviews counted during the launch phase kept compounding long after it.
In a new market, trust is the first thing you sell.
