Can you help us hire?
Yes. We define the roles and hiring profiles, set interview criteria and help assess candidates. The final hiring decision stays yours.
Is the training online or in person?
Both. We train in person at your office in the Eastern Province or online, depending on your team.
Will we still need an agency afterwards?
That is your choice. The goal is a team that can run on its own. Many partners keep us for strategy and specialist work while their team handles day-to-day execution.
