Most company videos fail before filming starts. Nobody decided who the film is for, where it will be shown, or what the viewer should do afterwards. The result is beautiful footage that plays once at an event and disappears.
Start with the purpose
- Company film or showreel: for tenders, investors, exhibitions and the website. It proves capability.
- National occasions: Saudi National Day and Founding Day videos build affinity, but only work if the idea connects the occasion to your brand honestly.
- Product or project videos: explain one thing clearly, for sales teams and ads.
Script before camera
Write the message in one sentence, then the script shot by shot with the voice-over for each shot. Agree on it before production. Changing the story in the edit is the most expensive way to make a video.
Choose the production route
Live filming suits your people, sites, equipment and products. AI-assisted production suits what is hard or costly to film: future projects, visual concepts, historical or symbolic scenes. Many of our projects combine both. See the RAC Construction showreel and our AI media production work.
Plan the versions
From one production you should get a main film, short cut-downs for social media and ads, vertical versions for Reels and TikTok, and Arabic and English captions. Plan them at script stage, not after.
Distribution decides the value
Put the film on your website and LinkedIn, use it in proposals and tenders, run the short versions as ads to the right audience, and show it at events. A video that is seen by the right people a hundred times is worth more than one seen by everyone once.
