Most restaurant owners we meet in the Eastern Province have already tried an agency. The story is usually the same: nice photos, a few reels, a monthly invoice, and no clear change at the till. Within two months, the contract ends.

The problem is rarely the content. It is the scope. A restaurant is not marketed only on Instagram.

Where restaurant customers actually decide

  • Google Maps: “restaurants near me”, ratings, photos, opening hours and the menu. This is where many first visits are won or lost. See how to earn Google reviews.
  • Delivery apps: ranking, photos, offers and reply times on HungerStation, Jahez, Keeta and the others you use.
  • Social media: where people discover you and check you are worth the trip.
  • The branch itself: the experience that decides whether they come back and review you.

What the scope should include

Before content: study

Your best sellers and margins, your weak days, the competitors within your delivery radius and what they are doing well. Without this, the content plan is a guess.

Monthly execution

  • Content built around hero dishes and real reasons to visit, not generic food shots.
  • Paid ads targeted to a realistic radius around each branch, judged by orders and visits.
  • Offers designed for weak days and hours, not discounts on days you are already full.
  • Google Business and delivery app profiles kept updated, with replies to reviews.

Monthly review

A report that connects marketing to sales: orders, covers, average ticket, repeat customers and cost per order. If your POS (Foodics or similar) can export sales by day, the agency should be using it.

What results can look like

When we launched Moharram Bek in Saudi Arabia, the work covered all of the above. It reached more than 10,000 unique customers, over 1,000 repeat customers, more than 2,000 Google reviews at a 4.9 rating and a 32× return on ad spend.

Questions to ask before you hire

  • Which sales number will you report on every month?
  • How will you handle Google Maps and the delivery apps?
  • What will you change if the first month does not move orders?
